Service Description

During this delightful three-hour class, you will master the art of preparing traditional tiramisu and authentic fresh pasta, creating an Italian culinary experience that will be the highlight of your trip to Florence. Our expert Chef will guide you step-by-step through the process of making these Italian classics, ensuring you leave with the skills to recreate them effortlessly at home. You will also learn how to make a delicious filling and two versatile sauces that can be easily adapted to your personal preferences and seasonal ingredients. We will start with a brief introduction to our fresh, high-quality ingredients, discussing how to source and select them to ensure the best flavors in your cooking. Next, we will don our aprons and begin by crafting the ever-popular dessert, tiramisu. Once it is chilling in the fridge, we will dive into making traditional fresh pasta dough. You will create two types of pasta, such as Tagliatelle and Ravioli. For our fillings and sauces, we will adapt to the season and your preferences. Options include a ricotta and spinach filling, and two of the following sauces: Pesto, Pomodoro, Aglio Olio e Peperoncino, Cacio e Pepe, or Sage and Butter. After our hands-on preparations, you will enjoy a candle-lit three-course meal, paired with a fine local wine. Savor your homemade pasta, relish in the exquisite tiramisu for dessert, and cap off the evening with engaging conversations over tea, coffee, or a digestif. You will depart not just with new culinary skills and recipes, but with the joy of an authentic Italian dining experience to share with your loved ones. This is the most unforgettable souvenir you can bring back from your Florentine adventure. * Minimum participants 2 people.
